Shri Shrikishan Poddar is the brain behind the dynamic establishment of Siyaram’s Exports Division, enabling the company to obtain long-term global markets. His sustained efforts towards exports have increased the company’s expansion into the USA, Europe, Australia, Far East, Gulf and Sri Lanka.

A former Chairman of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTP) for (2018 and 2019) and one of the senior-most members of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Shri Shah served as President of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society in 2012-13.

A qualified solicitor from Bombay (Mumbai), Shri Thakkar is associated with Kanga & Co., starting off as an articled clerk and becoming a partner in 2006. He is in practice for over 24 years as a solicitor and has experience in matters relating to capital markets.

Shri Chaturvedi has over 37 years of experience as a Practicing Chartered Accountant, and is a member of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society and the Western India Regional Council. His expertise is in Audit, Taxation, Recovery of Bad Debts, Corporate Laws, Mergers, Business Turnarounds, Rehabilitation and Strategic Business Planning.

Dr. Desai joined Bombay Textile Research Association (BTRA) in 1969 and retired as its Director in July 2000. He brings maturity and understanding of scientific management, with focus on manufacturing and fibres discipline and giving direction to quality standards. He is an Advisor to Governing Council of SITRA.

Smt. Prabhu has over 43 years of experience in the Banking sector, across multiple functional capacities, spanning corporate finance, treasury, and risk management. She currently serves as an Independent Director in various financial consulting and manufacturing companies, and is a member of the Advisory Services in MindLegacy and Advisory Services in MindLegacy.
