Innovation Dyed in Indigo
At the heart of Siyaram’s yarn production lies our Indigo innovation, a blend of traditional dyeing techniques and cutting-edge technology. Established in 2018 at our Amravati plant, this advancement showcases our commitment to quality, creativity and sustainable manufacturing.
Using the Morrison Rope Dyeing Machine equipped with continuous dyeing and washing chambers and 10-bath dyeing with 16-metre open oxidation spaces, we produce some of the finest rope-dyed indigo yarns available today. This process ensures uniform colour penetration, enhanced depth and superior knitting and weaving performance.

Our Indigo Yarn facility features a fully equipped Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) ensuring that all chemicals, dyes and effluents are treated effectively before discharge. The treated water is reused for gardening and industrial maintenance, reflecting our dedication to environmental stewardship.
